  • Treat fellow learners, mentors, and staff with kindness, dignity, and professional respect.
  • Disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or inappropriate language during live video calls or physical classrooms will not be tolerated.

4. Fair Use of Materials

5. Course Fees and Invoicing

  • Once payment is confirmed, an official digital invoice is issued to your registered email address.
  • If you choose an installment plan, payments must be made on the agreed dates to keep your student dashboard and classroom access active without interruption.

6. Batch Schedules and Attendance

We understand that work and family commitments happen:

  • Skillmodex Academy conducts weekday and weekend batches across online and offline formats. We do our best to maintain consistent timings.
  • If an emergency forces us to reschedule a lecture, we will notify you in advance and provide alternative makeup sessions or full recordings.
  • If you face a personal emergency or medical issue, you can request our team to transfer you to an upcoming batch at no extra penalty, subject to seat availability.

7. Project Submissions and Certificates

To earn your industry-recognized completion certificate from our skill development institute:

  • You must complete the required lab assignments and capstone portfolio projects assigned in your course syllabus.
  • Certificates are awarded based on verified effort and genuine learning progress, ensuring employers recognize your certificate as real proof of practical capability.
  • Plagiarizing someone else’s work or submitting pre-made outside projects as your own prevents mentors from grading your skills properly and may hold back your certificate.

  • Skillmodex Academy provides practical training, portfolio reviews, and freelance guidance in good faith. However, we cannot be held legally responsible for outside hiring market changes, personal job interview outcomes, or freelance client decisions.
